Patch 1.12 has been Released
Hey everyone, Hope you're all doing well, just a small one today addressing some various QoL changes and fixes. Patch 1.10 has been Released
Hey everyone, I have been working hard to improve performance, so this update includes a couple of ways I have attacked it. The biggest and most obvious one you will notice, is that the next time you open up The Night Shift, you most likely will see a Shader Compilation screen before the main menu - if you don't the shaders compiled super quick on your system. I wanted to implement this earlier but I was running into issues (technical mumbo jumbo incoming). START OF TECHNICAL

Demo Patch has been Released
Hey everyone, Before jumping into the update note, I just wanted to thank every one of you for your continued support. Reaching out with issues, reviewing the game, telling your friends, making content from it or just privately playing... thank you. Alright, lets jump into it. For those with the full game there is nothing for you here! This is an update for The Night Shift demo, bringing the demo up to date with the existing status of the full game. The demo was previously

1.08 Patch has been Released
Hey all, Just a small update today, the major change in this update is a change across all shifts - batteries and painkillers now spawn depending on how many you have when starting your shift. Patch 1.07 has been Released
Hey all, Just a small update today, fixing various text related issues and some situations that could cause a soft/hard lock. It also re-introduces DirectX 11 support. To note, playing in Dx11 may change the experience slightly, as the game was not built for it, so you may experience harsher lighting in environments (e.g. shadows being darker). This is something I plan to improve on, so please let me know if you run into any problematic issues. You can check out the full chan

Patch 1.06 has been Released
Hey all, This update brings a big change and will force you to change your playstyles (looking at those who have been locking mannequins in the bathrooms), as you progress through the game, the mannequins will start getting smarter. They can now make their way through doors - yes, even closed ones. I've also fixed a few pesky issues that could cause players to get soft-locked in certain situations across the key nights. On top of that, there are plenty of smaller fixes and pe

Patch 1.05 has been Released
Hey all, Just a small update today. I have changed a few minor things, such as the flashlight flickering starting later and positioning of more items. When holding an item (e.g. computer, lamp etc) the name of the item will now show in the bottom right, for certain items this should help clear up some confusion. There are also a handful of fixes for various issues. Changes Added text of what item the player is holding. Updated when the flashlight starts flickering. Updated vi
